Moving to Nottingham in 2010 I felt the usual unease as you settle into a new city. Having been here 3 years now it's safe to say for a small East Midlands city it boasts more than just Robin Hood, lace and student nightlife.
I often found myself asking where to go to eat in Nottingham, where to go for a cuppa with friends, where's best for cake, and wheres best for a romantic meal. Over the years i've built up my own catalogue of hangouts to satisfy this question.
Not afraid to try something new, over the next few years i'll endeavour to explore the back alleys, the Paleolithic cuisine and the toilet water tea to find the hidden gems of Nottingham.
